The brief for this beautiful country house in Wiltshire was to modernise and refresh the interiors, without losing its layered charm and family feel. We stripped back, rehung wallpaper, added new joinery and curtains and overhauled the master bedroom and ensuite, recovering and repurposing existing furniture to create an elegant but cosy home where everything felt as if it had always been there.
